  • Embracing Emotions: A Poetic Reflection
    May 24 2025

The episode is a poetic reflection on embracing emotions.

All emotions have a function. They help us express our likes and dislikes and are like our internal signals that motivate us to act and make decisions. We frequently try to ease emotional distress by overlooking or downplaying our feelings. This doesn’t truly eliminate our emotions and can negatively impact our overall well-being. Recognizing and confronting our emotions is crucial for a healthy mental state.

I have shared a short poem from the book - The Light at the Edges.

    Hope it'll make you reflect.
