We hope with this podcast we can bring you happiness and strength. Our mission together is to let everyone know it is okay to not be okay. This show is meant to encourage you to go get help and to love yourself even with mental health issues. Every week will be a new episode filled with real life adversities, stories, questions, and topics suggested by viewers.
