In part 2, we heard the prosecution's case and ended with the defense getting ready to claim that the police planted evidence and was racist towards Simpson. That is where we begin with this episode and we take it to the end of the trial which spawns the infamous Johnny Cochran quote "If it doesn't fit, you must acquit."
