John Paul "JP" Moran has developed a solution: the Opportunity Score. This non-partisan, points-based system connects the values of voters with those of candidates and elected officials, enabling informed voting decisions. The Opportunity Score aims to incentivize politicians to create the most opportunities for their constituents while holding them accountable for hindering those opportunities. This is achieved by evaluating each politician’s policies using the 5 Points of Opportunity Star.
