Tony Rathman holds a BA in Philosophy and brings over fifteen years of experience in paranormal investigation. He is the founder and lead investigator of Entity Voices Paranormal Investigations (EVPI), based in Phoenix, AZ, and a renowned ITC (Instrumental Transcommunication) researcher.

Tony has investigated hundreds of haunted locations across the U.S. and internationally, including Japan and the Philippines. Initially a skeptic, Tony’s journey into the paranormal began when his wife, Cherie, encouraged him to try an investigation. The compelling evidence they captured on their first outing led him into a lifelong pursuit of spirit communication.

A specialist in EVP and ITC, Tony is the developer of Staticom, a cutting-edge method of spirit communication based on 40 years of work by pioneers Friedrich Jürgenson and Marcello Bacci. Unlike traditional Direct Radio Voice (DRV), Staticom eliminates the use of radio entirely, relying on broadband white noise to achieve two-way communication. Tony and Cherie continue to refine this method for greater clarity and length of communication.

Over the past 12 years, Tony has also designed spirit boxes, including the silent EVOX and EVOX 2.0, contributing significantly to ITC technology.

In 2010, Tony founded EVPI, a respected team known for thorough and innovative investigations. From 2018–2021, he and Cherie operated and hosted investigations at the famously haunted Old Phelps Dodge Hospital in Ajo, Arizona—known as the Copper Canyon Paranormal Research Center. The location drew paranormal enthusiasts nationwide for overnight investigations.

Tony is also the creator, producer, and co-host of Entity Voices Paranormal Evidence, a long-running podcast airing Monday nights at 7 PM PT on the UN-X Network. The show features some of the best evidence captured by investigators worldwide, along with in-depth interviews and discussions.

He has appeared on hundreds of paranormal shows and podcasts, including Fade to Black with Jimmy Church, Ghost Magnet TV, Spaced Out Radio, A World Awakening, The Tracie Austin Show, Night Dreams Talk Radio, and many more.
