After being forcibly injected with drugs by Anthony Zacchara, Lucky spiraled into hallucinations and cravings that left him vulnerable and unstable. Liz stepped in to support him, but Siobhan grew suspicious of her involvement, fueling tension in their marriage. Their fights escalated until a car crash left Siobhan hospitalized, where Anthony later ensured she would never recover. Her death shattered Lucky, leaving him crushed by guilt and convinced his failures had driven her to her fate. Torn between Liz’s loyalty and his grief, he carried the weight of a love he couldn’t save while trying to hold himself together.

In the aftermath, Lucky struggled to parent Aiden while fighting the lure of hydrocodone, at times flushing the pills but never free of the cravings. Siobhan’s sister Megan blamed him outright, deepening his sense of failure, while cryptic messages Siobhan left behind only kept her memory alive. Investigating the drug ring tied to her death pulled him further into danger—he uncovered evidence, saved Liz from an attack, and worked with Dante despite his fragile state. But his relapse fractured his bond with Dante and Lulu, who exploded at him after Dante was shot, telling him it should have been him instead. Left isolated, Lucky confronted how far he had fallen, only to find an envelope hidden in his loft—a sign that his fight, and his story, was still unfinished.

Lucky Spencer is still coping with the heartbreak of Jake’s death while working hard to stay sober. At the same time, he’s clashing with his dad, Luke, whose drinking only makes the family’s grief harder. Lucky urges him to face the truth, but Luke refuses, and even a family intervention doesn’t break through.

Through it all, Lucky leans on Siobhan. Their relationship grows stronger, and the two eventually marry, giving him some much-needed support and stability. Still, life doesn’t slow down—Siobhan faces visa struggles, his history with Liz remains complicated, and more and more people begin to learn the truth that Aiden is actually Lucky’s son, even though he hasn’t been told yet.
