    When you start manifesting you are initially aware of all the things you fear.

    You have to dig deep and find out what sub-conscious thoughts are running in the background and limiting you.

    It is important to keep going. Its important to remind yourself that this does work, even if you can't see evidence initially.

    remember believing is seeing! not the other way around.

    Sometimes its best to go general and just think of what is working right now, if you find yourself slipping and becoming negative. It is important to think of what makes you feel good. Our energy vibration is crucial and our job is to keep it high and hopeful and in a state of anticipation.

    Your feelings are your indicator, if you feel good, you are in alignment with your inner being and moving positively towards your goal, if you feel bad it is because you are thinking a thought that is not in alignment with your inner being and not moving towards your goal.

    So keep checking how you feel, keep releasing things that make you feel bad and keep moving towards your goals.

  • Planting Positivity - Blooming Positivity No 36 - Chai Running

    Set your goals, think positively, check your feelings, release and feel good.

    Write down a list of the things you wish to create, consider the obstacles, as many times as you can speak out your goals and desires, do so. Visualize achieving this list, visualize having it, in the here and now.

    Write a diary, logging in, what you achieve and the small events that happen that are the small steps to success.

    Identify the goals and the ways to achieve this, set aside a time each day to meditate think about and reflect on your manifesting goals the things you want to be real.

    Maybe set up a group of supportive friends, to share your goals and for them to share theirs. This helps raise all of your frequencies, making you more positive as a group, when you are all talking about your dreams and intentions.

    Be specific in setting your goals; do not be too general, if you are too general, you will only get general results. Manifesting is an art form; you will need to practice it daily, to build up the manifesting muscles.

    The more you achieve success, the more aware you are of the power of your thoughts and this allows you to then be in a ‘state of allowing’.

    Meditation, which is about quieting the mind, is a great way to bring focus and clarity to your visions so practice meditation daily if possible. one way to meditate is to sit still and look at a candle flame and just look rather than think about it, or to breathe slowly in and out and just think of the inhales and exhales,-

    Always check what it is you are asking for and the manner in which you ask it. If the universe takes your words literally is it going to bring you what you want, exactly?

    Manifesting requires a lot of practice, the more you practice the better you become.

    It is so important you create this neural resonance, that your thoughts are aligned with your feelings.

    What the mind can conceive you can receive!

    I am in such a great place, every day I get to do what I love doing. I am living my dream and I know that in the not too distant future ArtsSpa and The Awakening Dance will exist too.

    Remember releasing the past and forgiving is not about letting someone off the hook, it is about setting you free.

    All that you wish to manifest will seem plausible, and possible. You will have had some success and this will spur you on.

    1. Mild Awareness

    2. Specific Intent

    3. Release of Past Programming

    4. State of Allowing

    5. Personal Bubble of Reality

    This really does work, if you are not getting the results you expect then there is a block within you. You are stopping things coming to you and you will need to be very proactive at checking your feelings. You will need to look at what you are thinking and feeling that could be holding you back, if you do not do it, no one else will! You need to be checking the language you are using too.

    The energy takes you quite literally, and is pedantic/ hairsplitting, fussy, particular, concerned with the minor details -with the language you use. Therefore, it is most important, that you check your choice of words too.

    I recently heard of a man who prayed – many people pray to another source, whatever you want to call it- and he prayed, manifested for an ‘open heart’. He wanted to be more loving and loved, however the Energy took him at his word and the man ended up having ‘open heart’ surgery!

    You gotta love the energy hey!

    Part 7: the final part! Blooming Positivity going over what has been done, what has been achieved and reinforcing key concepts.

    Welcome back,

    This is the last in the series of Planting Positivity. Over the last 6 weeks you have been given a lot of information and been asked to work on some activities that would help you to create your ideal life.

    I hope you have enjoyed the learning and I hope you can start to see some benefits as well as maybe start seeing some results.

    Over the last few weeks, you will have moved through various manifesting stages making your dreams a reality and if you have undertaken the activities, by now, you will, be in a personal bubble of a reality, like your own happiness cloud that you have created.

    I hope you have produced a vision board, because this is what allows you to focus on what it is you wish to achieve. A vision board helps to shift your energetic vibration the frequency you operate it, making you happy, positive and light and helps raise your energy and awareness.

    When you focus on what it is you wish to achieve it cannot help but make you feel more joyful. The vision board is a very important part of the manifesting process.

    I hope that you have daily worked on your gratitude’s the things you are grateful for and thinking of the things you love. If you have worked on these things daily, twice daily then I believe you will, by now have noticed a shift in your thinking.

    You will have moved from the phase of mild awareness where you think there is something in all this positive thinking lark, to specific intent where you deliberately set out to make things happen because you KNOW this positive thinking works.

    Hopefully, you have constantly checked where your emotions are and you will have released on any limitations and lack, any of your blocks.

    When you release on your past programming, your old thoughts and get the parts of your brain in alignment, you then reach the fourth stage, which is a state of allowing.

  • Planting Positivity - Pruning Positivity No 32 - Shifting the sands!

    Sometimes you will notice a huge shift as something you have held onto slips away, if you release on it fully it will not come back.

    By practicing the Sedona method I was able to forgive my mum, for all the hurt, pain, insecurities and limitations I had felt, I released on it all, I took responsibility for the feelings I had, but I also let them go, they did not serve a purpose, they did not get me closer to my goal so I let them go.

    Over 40 years of anger, pain, frustration and it all melted away seriously, it has been incredible. Like I say please read the Sedona book.

    The great thing is you do not have to be in a quiet room to do this, you may at first want to ask the questions aloud to yourself, but after a while, they will become easily repeated internally, in your inner dialogue and this means you can practice it anywhere and at any time. The moment someone upsets you, or the moment you remember a negative thought, an upsetting thought, you can ask yourself these 4 questions and you soon feel, happier, calmer and more peaceful.

    You can release on all your CRAP this way!! Love that expression from John Assaraf, have you heard of him? He is a great motivational speaker and entrepreneur; he went from living on the streets to being a multi-millionaire.

    Now what I mean by that is you can release on all the things that are holding you back this way.

    You can release on your:

    Conflicts

    Resistance

    Anger

    Pessimism and procrastination.

    Unless the price you pay for staying the same becomes more than the price to change, you WILL NOT CHANGE! But I want you to see that by changing you will release yourself to a whole new, wonderful, vibrant, energized, healthy and abundant (wealthy) you.

    I want you to see that by not releasing you are holding yourself back, you are limiting your successes. You are causing yourself pain.

    The uncertainty, the lack of familiarity, the not knowing, the fear in your brain will prevent you from changing, but by releasing using the Sedona, you can begin to see just how many feelings hold you back and just how much you can do to change all that. YOU can change it; You have the knowledge and the Power! How wonderful is this?

    You can program yourself to change; you can change your GPS! Set it to success!

    Releasing using the Sedona helps to deactivate the Amygdala, it stops the Amygdala from sabotaging your success! It stops it from stopping you achieve all you want.

    You can use this to help make you feel good and happy and by doing this you are now the only one responsible for your happiness, and no one else can now take your happiness away!

    Also, other methods can seriously help you release. There is NLP, which stands for Neuro linguistic programming, and there is the tapping solution to name just 2.

  • Planting Positivity - Pruning Positivity No 31 - A magical Tool for releasing

    Emotions are the feelings we feel and experience in response to a thought we have.

    This is very important to remember it is in response to a thought you have! You have to have put the thought in! You are the only one in your head. You are the controller. There for if you do not want the feeling that is generated by a negative or limiting thought then it is up to you to remove the thought. We have talked about this before!

    In my past I have over analysed my thoughts, I have come to see that this is not always a good thing. Many times, I did not come up with answers so I kept dwelling and pondering, analysing and re-thinking the event or situation, expecting and hoping for answers to come. I have now realised that there is something very freeing and liberating, releasing about simply letting it go.

    We all have a choice, we can keep thinking a thought or we could let it go.

    I am going to give you a demonstration of the Sedona method and this is principally, primarily, mainly what it is, but I really urge you to read the book of the Sedona method, because it will cover much more about what to expect, why it works and I do not have time to cover that in this online course.

    Ok, So I want you to hold the tissue scrunched tightly into your hand. Now I want you to stretch out your arm, bring tension into the fingers, dig the fingers in, bring tension into the wrist, the arm and the shoulder, and keep it up there.

    Now imagine that this is an unpleasant emotion, do not dwell on why you have it, do not dwell on whether it is justified or not, do not over think it, or try to explain it do not try to explain the unpleasant emotion, simply check your feelings surrounding this feeling and realise that it is an un pleasant emotion.

    Now I am going to ask you 4 questions you do not have to answer out loud unless you want too, but answer them in your head as they are spoken in this podcast.
