 Would it be fair to say that due to the sad state of our world affairs where injustice, oppression and immorality are rampant, where atheism and secularism prevail, and the loving presence of God is nowhere to be found among many societies, the re-building of our ways of living through Christ teachings is an urgent need to avoid total ruin for our world? We cannot control our world affairs, but we can control our lives through obedience to the will of God, and in doing this, we can restore our creation and our own lives. Can we change our reality through perfect obedience to the will of God for our lives? Yes, we can. However, this positive individual transformation needs humility and obedience to the word of God. This pathway of humility that leaves behind individual pride and self-gratification will lead us to fulfilling lives that will walk alongside Jesus at all times. Obedience is not belief or mental planning; obedience is faith that leads to submission, surrender and compliance with the will of God. Then, we will be restoring our creation.
