À propos de cet audio
🎙️ Episode Overview:
PCNs didn’t ask for permission; they just… arrived. INTs (Integrated Neighbourhood Teams) are next. Think PCNs turned up to 10: GP practices, community nursing, social care, mental health, voluntary sector, and sometimes hospital, working as one at neighbourhood level. If you’re not in the room early, you’re on the rota someone else wrote.
🔎 What You’ll Learn:
• What INTs are (minus the jargon) and why they’re in the NHS long-term plan
• What’s changing on the ground for access, pathways, and roles
• How to opt in, not get written out: pick a lane, keep receipts, say yes with conditions, stay visible, don’t wait for invites
👥 Who This Is For:
Reception & Care Navigators, HCAs, Nurses, ACPs, GPs, Ops/Practice Managers or anyone whose work will touch neighbourhood care in the next 2–3 years.
🇮🇹 Italian Wisdom: “Chi non si fa sentire… resta fuori.”
Those who don’t speak up get left out.
