Welcome to Psycho Babble with me Gerry North and Narelle Brigden We have been practicing therapy for the last 17 years, after attending university together as mature aged students. Narelle left the corporate world and I left the media and arts field in Sydney. And now we are retiring we wanted to set out our personal experiences for listeners – you.
In this podcast we talk about the challenges of starting up in private practice after finishing uni. Later we will discuss how we individually conducted couple counselling and how we treated anxiety, depression, addictions or clients who were just stuck or lost in life.
In this series of our podcasts, called Psycho babble, you will be the fly on the wall listening to our raw experiences warts and all. In no way is this meant to be prescriptive as Narelle did it her way and I did it mine.
