Should it be free or paid?
I’ve been asked this question a lot recently!
Why?
Lots of my 1:1 clients are bringing in online offers, whether it be a membership, course, or simply a one-off live training or class.
We’re, therefore, spilling into the world of launching. What should we charge for an online offer, and whether something should be free or paid?
The answer is – it depends!
It depends on the purpose of the free offer. Is it to launch, build awareness, grow your mailing list and call your tribe closer?
Do you feel called to give it for free?
Or is it a paid offer, one where you know you need to charge to ensure:
-
People show up for your offer.
-
You show up for your offer.
All options are equal; all options are neutral, all you can do is let your intuition and energy lead, and if you’re not sure be in test-and-see mode.
What if I can’t get this wrong?
It was great to dive into such a practical topic today. You need both intuition and energy fused with actionable strategy.
That’s what I am all about, and I’d love to hang out more!
