In this teaching we discuss and give clear distinction as it relates to the Ministry of an "Elder". No matter the ministry office, one must be an "Elder". This means they must be "Spiritually Mature"! Biblically, no one should occupy a leadership position in the Body Of Christ if they are not "Spiritually Mature"! The Ministry of an Elder is exclusive to men. Women are extremely powerful vessels in the Lord's Church and have a very real presence in the ministry of Christ but Elder is not one of them.
