  • 119. Toxic Gas in an Airplane Cabin
    Sep 23 2025

Adrian & Simon dive into the highlights, wins, and losses at the 77th Emmy Awards! Additionally, they examine the implications of the Jimmy Kimmel Live suspension over at ABC; while showing their support for free speech in America and a fair amount of disdain for Disney’s lack of courage. Plus, they discuss the hit limited series Adolescence, the upcoming Lex Luthor & Superman team-up in Superman Man of Tomorrow, and showrunner Noah Hawley’s successes adapting Alien & Fargo for TV. The two pals also get hyped for Tim Robinson’s The Chair Company and director Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another; all while Adrian has a bad case of the sniffles (possibly caused by toxic airplane cabin fumes?) and Simon suffers from “1st-world-problem-itis” (his headphones were buzzing and he complained like a wittle b*tch).
