On this episode the guys provide updated news across the NFL, NBA, and MLB.

In the NFL, Christian Wilkins gets mysteriously cut by the Raiders for “weird” behavior, Courtland Sutton cashes in with the Broncos, and Micah Parsons is demanding a trade. Keenan Allen makes a return to the Chargers, Hendrickson finally reports to Bengals camp, and in a major media shakeup ESPN acquires NFL Network and RedZone, with the NFL now owning a 10% stake in ESPN.

Over in the NBA, Dame Lillard is back with the Blazers on a $42M deal while rehabbing, Luka stuns the league by inking a $165M extension with the Lakers and the Knicks lock in Mikal Bridges for 4 years $150M. Oh and apparently there's a new kind of “D” showing up at WNBA games.

Meanwhile in MLB news, Aaron Judge returns from the IL to DH, Stanton slides into right field and the Yankees go all in at the trade deadline but still manage to drop 5 straight, leaving fans calling for Boone's job.
