Ben shares his experience of working with high-performing athletes and the importance of understanding their goals, limitations, and enabling factors. Ben emphasises the need for clarity in the desired outcome and the importance of open communication and collaboration within the team. He also refers to the critical need of being a master craftsman, having self-awareness, and practising empathy.
