This week were are excited to expand the scope of the Thursday Supplier Spotlight as we welcome our friends from Texmalt for a special Malt Symposium! Texmalt is a local Craft Malt House that sources high quality local grains to malt for local brewers and distillers. In constant search of knowledge & appreciation for the industry we enjoy, we're looking forward to an evening diving into the ingredient side of the brewing process... as we have a glass of beer in hand of course. With our friend Collin Zreet and our very own, Ben Walter, holding down the episode this week, we knew it would be a shit show even before we recorded... but this one was absolutely fantastic. Hoping you guys get something fun and informative outta this one. Cheers!
