This week we had our friends from Carrollton, 3 Nations/Symbol Brewing, with Tyler Harris & Gavin Secchi in house to discuss the brand, the brews, and the future of the brewery. Tyler is always a staple here at the Cellar and a friend to the show but this was the first time we had Gavin out for the podcast.
