À propos de cet audio

In this engaging PD Session, we delve into the complexities faced by modern educators, from the challenges of maintaining authority in the classroom to the alarming trend of teacher arrests. Drawing inspiration from the teachings of the Bible, particularly Romans 5:6-9, listeners are guided on how to maintain their integrity and peace of mind while navigating the school year. Key takeaways include the importance of inviting the Holy Spirit into the classroom, practicing daily reflection through scripture, and being a Christ-like influence in the educational environment. This episode serves as a spiritual and practical resource for teachers aiming to create a positive impact without compromising their values. Another Educator arrested… Objective: I can & will understand what I must do to not get arrested as a teacher Biblical Base: ROMANS 5:6-8 || Word of the Week: JUSTIFIED …you know what it probably started with teens calling teachers by their first name which show being a teacher is difficult. Gen Alpha has been so disrespectful to any authority especially in the classroom. These years we have teachers yelling at students (especially middle school teachers), and then THAT’S HISTORY. On the other end, teachers get arrested by there being a teen becoming the teacher’s pet like on one of those funny teacher videos. There is always some jerma teacher noise as if it’s a “That’s my boy” teacher scene. Teachers get reprimanded for some of the most insane things, when the students/kids/teens/parents involved should actually be receiving the consequence or reprimand. However, arrests do come. That’s why you can hear many in the teacher fight video online comments saying, “I couldn’t be a teacher. I’d be in jail. I wish a child did cuss me out in the middle of the day, I’d be in prison.” It takes another caliber of patience, power, and inner peace to weather the storm that is called modern day public education. In this PD session you’ll learn from the Most Highly Effective educator how NOT to get arrested when you are teaching. This is especially for those that say, “I want to be a teacher!” or wondering, “Should I become a teacher?” David Prof McDuffie reads the Bible, teaching us line by line how to stay sane and free this upcoming school year. John 14:16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— That other advocate is in verse 17 of John 14 “the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you + will be in you.Sinners can’t accept the Holy Spirit, only believers. The Spirit of Truth (holy spirit) will be with you while you teach comforting you, providing guidance/support; teaching you through everyday happenings in your classroom, reminding you of what Jesus stated in His WordA pivotal activity the Spirit of Truth does is CONVICTS US of our sin from the thought and pondering stage, during, AND after the sin is committed.
