Paulo Pérez is a Bolivian-American filmmaker and novelist. He grew up in Maryland, but at the age of 17, Paulo Pérez left the comfort of home. Journeying across multiple continents refined his artistic and entrepreneurial vision. Flashforward two years; he traveled west to broaden his knowledge at Arizona State University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. The Human Supremacist, his debut feature-length film as a director, is noted for its humorous tactics, imaginative concept, and stellar cast performances. His work across mediums is identified by experimental techniques in addition to a peculiar brand of dialogue.
