Nikola is a cultural transfiguration catalyst, who relishes in building values driven systems, organizations and communities at scale. In this episode, we speak into the nuances of collective trauma and ancestral trauma, and how these often intersect - especially where major societal upheavals existed, particularly in times of war. We speak into the four fundamental collective traumas - from (a) the collective trauma of splitting the spirit world from science and the material world; (b) the collective trauma of patriarchy, and creating an imbalance between the feminine and masculine sides of our nature; and (c) the collective trauma of individualism vs collectivism and the schisms this collective shift has caused in society; and finally (d) the collective trauma of separating the individual human from the (mother) Earth and Nature herself. We dive in deeper to the current realities of the Holy War being fought in Gaza today, thirteen months in - and what that conflict means from a collective trauma lens. We get vulnerable and ask the uncomfortable questions so many of us are thinking about, but perhaps haven’t dared to speak into publicly. Let’s have THAT conversation.
