• 82. The Truth About Failure No One Talks About: How to reassess, realign, and move forward with clarity (especially if you have ADHD)
    Dec 11 2025

"Failure is success in progress" - Albert Einstein

In this episode, I’m digging into one of my favorite (and most uncomfortable) topics: failure, and why it’s never the final word, and how important it is to reframe failure and learn from the messy middle of entrepreneurship.

I’m sharing why I believe failure only truly happens when we stop trying and how reflecting on our past missteps can actually guide us toward clearer, more aligned goals. As I prep for the new year, I’ve been working on being curious when I look at the things that didn’t go as planned (#ADHDlife) and asking what those moments are trying to teach me.

We talk about why success has to be defined on our own terms, how to stay curious instead of critical, and why perfection has no place in sustainable entrepreneurship. I also share a few behind-the-scenes stories, and a pretty vulnerable example, about how I used those experiences to adjust, improve, and move forward.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, disappointed, or spiraling in self-doubt, this episode is a reminder that your “failures” are often your best teachers.

    ✨ Key Takeaways

    • Failure isn’t final—quitting is. Most setbacks are simply data, feedback, or redirection.

    • Reflection allows for clarity. Looking back with compassion helps you see what worked, what didn’t, and where you want to go next.

    • Curiosity beats criticism. Approaching mistakes with openness leads to more useful insights than judging yourself.

    • ADHD and entrepreneurship are messy—but powerful. Detours, unfinished plans, and imperfect follow-through aren’t moral failings; they’re part of the process.

    • Learning happens through doing. From workshops to daily decision-making, each “mistake” becomes a stepping-stone when you keep moving forward.

    • Course-corrections are normal. Realigning your goals doesn’t mean you failed; it means you’re paying attention to what you actually need.

    • You’re not alone in the hard parts. Every entrepreneur—yes, even the wildly successful ones—has stumbled, recalibrated, and kept going.

  • 81. A Simple Guide to Future Planning Through Intentional Self-Reflection
    Nov 27 2025

Today’s episode is all about something I think we all need a little more of: intentional reflection. I share why reflecting on your wins, challenges, and growth from 2025 (or any season of life) is one of the most powerful ways to set yourself up for meaningful progress. This episode is all about baby steps, honest self-awareness, and aligning your life with your actual values instead of the “shoulds” or the pressure to overhaul everything overnight.

    I also talk through:

    • How to reflect without spiraling into shame or self-criticism

    • Why small, consistent actions matter WAY more than dramatic life overhauls

    • How to use your past experiences (yes, including mistakes) as a guide, not a weapon

    • What to do when life shifts your path in unexpected ways. When goals don’t happen, there’s always a reason, and it’s a solvable one. Instead of blaming yourself, look for gaps, needs, and missing support.

    • Intentional living happens through tiny, aligned choices. You don’t need to blow up your life to change it. You just need to start where you are.

    • The role accountability, community, and support can play in keeping you grounded and moving forward

Plus, I share a behind-the-scenes peek at the January planning workshop I’m creating, along with some of the reflection questions and prompts I’m building out for it.

If you’re craving clarity, direction, and a gentle reset, this episode is perfect for you.

  • 80. Rest, Reflect and Realign: Plan Your Year with Intention
    Nov 13 2025

In this episode, I’m sharing a behind-the-scenes look at my upcoming Plan Your Year workshop for local entrepreneurs here in Colorado Springs. We’re diving into one of my favorite topics, reflection and realignment, because before we set new goals, we need to pause, reflect, and take stock of where we’ve been.

I talk about what it really means to reflect intentionally, not just listing wins and losses, but really asking ourselves “where am I headed and do I want to stay on this path?”, “who am I becoming? Is that who I want to be?” Whether you’re planning a big business pivot, adjusting your personal goals, or simply craving a reset before the new year, this episode will help you realign with your values and set a stronger foundation for what’s next.

I also open up about my own journey of making intentional decisions, including one of the biggest ones in my life, and how reflection gave me the clarity to make it confidently.

Finally, I invite you to join me in person for the Plan Your Year workshop in Colorado Springs, where we’ll dive deeper into these topics together and design a plan for 2026 that feels grounded, intentional, and uniquely yours.

    💡 Key Takeaways

    • Rest is productive. Pausing gives your mind and body the space to prepare for what’s next.

    • Reflection is realignment. Look at your past year not just for what you achieved, but for what you learned about yourself.

    • Ask deeper questions. “Who am I becoming?” can reveal more than “What did I accomplish?”

    • Check in regularly. You don’t need to wait for January to realign — reflection can (and should!) be a rhythm throughout the year.

    • Your energy is data. Feeling drained doesn’t always mean you’re off-track; sometimes meaningful work simply takes energy. That’s okay.

  • 79. Doing It Scared: How to Take Action When You’re Afraid
    Oct 29 2025

In this episode, I talk about what it really means to “do it scared.” You’ve probably heard that phrase before, but actually living it is a whole different story. I open up about the times I’ve had to take action before feeling fully ready, and how I learned to move through fear instead of waiting for it to disappear.

We’ll explore how to break down big, overwhelming goals into smaller, doable steps so they don’t feel so intimidating. I also share simple ways to start building confidence, both the general self-trust kind and the skill-based kind, so you can keep moving forward even when fear is tagging along.

By the end of this episode, I hope you’ll feel encouraged to take that next small, aligned step toward something that matters to you (even if it’s a little scary).

    Key Takeaways:

    • Fear doesn’t go away before you take action. It fades because you take action.

    • Breaking big goals into smaller, manageable steps makes them less overwhelming.

    • Choose challenges that stretch you just enough to grow without sending you into panic mode.

    • Reflect on your progress regularly, both wins and lessons, to build self-trust and momentum.

    • You don’t have to feel “ready” to begin. You just have to start.

If you’re ready to plan your next chapter with more clarity and ease, I’d love to have you join me for my Plan Your Year Workshop coming up in January! Join the waitlist here: https://thefierceframework.myflodesk.com/planning

  • 78. What if it’s not easier for them, they’re just doing it anyway?
    Oct 15 2025

In this episode, I’m sharing my thoughts on something that’s been frustrating me lately. That weird combination of compliment and comparison. You know the kind: “You’re so brave, I could never do that.”

I talk about why that mindset can hold us back, how confidence actually develops through action (not waiting until we feel ready), and why assuming things are easier for others keeps us stuck.

I also open up about my own experiences with fear, insecurity, and being misunderstood as “confident” when I was really just taking action anyway. I wasn’t confident when I started. I was scared, too. A little lost, overwhelmed, not sure where to start, and terrified of making a mistake. If I can do it, so can you! My hope is that this conversation empowers you to stop comparing, start experimenting, and move toward what lights you up. Even if it scares you a little.

    Takeaways:

    • Stop assuming someone else “has it easier.” You have what it takes, too.

    • Fear and self-doubt are normal; they don’t mean you’re on the wrong path.

    • Do it scared. You don’t have to feel confident or ready before you start. You can choose to take action anyway.

    • Start small. Choose a baby step that’s small enough to be doable, but still big enough to be intimidating. Choose something that will stretch, but not break, you.

    • Know you’ll fall down. Look, “failing” is just a part of learning. Every baby falls down while they’re learning to walk. So, expect yourself to fall a few times when you’re learning something new. It’s all part of the process.

  • 77. Stop Overthinking: The Power of Experimenting
    Oct 1 2025

In this episode, I dive into the power of experimentation and decision-making, especially when fear and uncertainty try to hold us back. I share my own journey of learning to let go of shame and embarrassment around not always knowing what I want, and how small, intentional steps have helped me discover new paths. Throughout the episode, I encourage you to embrace your individuality, explore without shame, and view even small experiments as a way to build clarity, confidence, and momentum.

If you’re ready to step outside your comfort zone and start discovering what truly lights you up, this episode will give you both inspiration and practical ideas to start today.

    Takeaways:

    • Experimentation creates clarity. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start — small steps reveal new paths and options.

    • Overcome the fear of the unknown. Let go of shame or embarrassment about not knowing what you want; learning comes through doing.

    • Avoid getting stuck in research mode. Do just enough research to feel safe, then take action and adjust as you go.

    • Communicate when you pivot. Experimentation isn’t flakiness — it’s growth. Clear communication helps manage expectations.

    • Embrace individuality. You don’t have to do things the conventional way; make it your own and allow it to evolve.

  • 76. How to Build Confidence Step by Step (Even If You’re Anxious)
    Sep 17 2025

Feeling anxious about stepping outside your comfort zone? In this episode of The Fierce Framework Podcast, I share my personal journey of building confidence step by step, even when I felt scared or unsure. You’ll learn practical strategies for managing social anxiety, taking small, meaningful actions, and reframing discomfort as growth. Whether you’re an introvert, a beginner at something new, or just looking to feel more self-assured, these gentle, proven tips will help you develop real confidence you can trust.

And if you’d like to connect with me beyond the podcast, come hang out with me on Instagram or TikTok at @TheFierceFramework. I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences!

    Takeaways:

    • Confidence is a skill, not a trait. You build it by taking action even when you’re scared, not by waiting to feel ready.

    • Reframe discomfort as growth. Feeling anxious or awkward doesn’t mean you’re failing; it’s a sign you’re stretching your comfort zone.

      • Practice gentle self-reflection. After new experiences, look for the ways you grew rather than what went “wrong” and how you can be more prepared next time.
      • Separate discomfort from danger. Being uncomfortable isn’t the same as being unsafe. Recognize the difference and keep building trust in yourself.

  • 75. Managing Energy Fluctuations with ADHD
    Sep 3 2025

In this episode, I’m opening up about something I think so many of us experience but rarely talk about: those natural cycles of low energy, lost motivation, and dips in creativity. As someone with ADHD (and who’s learning to work with my brain instead of against it), I’ve had to figure out ways to navigate these seasons with a lot more compassion and flexibility.

I share how I handle days when my energy crashes, why I no longer expect myself to be “on” all the time, and the practical strategies I use to stay consistent.. From simplifying my to-do list to preparing for support ahead of time, I’ve learned that managing energy is less about trying to fix myself and more like nurturing a houseplant.

    Key Takeaways:

    • Your energy and motivation aren’t broken; they’re just cyclical.

    • Resting and simplifying doesn’t make you lazy, it makes you sustainable.

    • Planning for help when you’re feeling good sets you up for success during the harder days.

    • Consistency is about maintenance, not perfection or constant growth.

    • Treat yourself with the same compassion and patience you’d give to something you’re caring for.
