He pursued his martial arts while in the Air Force in Japan and South Korea. He returned to the states, got his accounting degree and practiced accounting for several years. When his company got bought out, he decided never again. He opened Pure Martial Arts Fitness Academy where he did his own accounting only. He is teaching kids discipline, respect, confidence and leadership and setting the example for students everywhere. His students are a demonstration of what is possible for children. Imagine the next generation of children being disciplined, confident, respectful leaders? Wouldn't you like Demetrius to take this on the road? In addition, during a difficult time in his life, he was approached to be in a movie. That movie, the Pugilist, is premiered a few weeks ago in Bridgeport, CT at the Klein Auditorium. It is a fight story and a love story. I recommend it highly. .
