  • 64. Cash flow management, tax optimization, and how to avoid burnout with John Briggs
    Apr 26 2024

Today, I’m hanging with my friend, John Briggs, a CPA who is revolutionizing the accounting industry.

We’re talking all things cash flow management, tax optimization, and how to avoid burnout.

John shares insights from his new book, The 3.3 Rule which challenges the exhausting work norms many of us face and offers a fresh perspective on building and protecting your wealth.

Whether you're just starting out or running an established business, John's advice will help you keep your finances and energy in check.

    More love,

    Tracy

    About John:

John Briggs is not just known for his expressive t-shirts, but his strong stance that business owners should keep more of their money to build long-term wealth.

As the founder of Incite Tax and the 3x3 Rule, he has built an amazing team of Nontraditional accountants to help combat the IRS bullying and change the accounting industry from within.

Through his 14+ years of Entrepreneurship he has learned that achieving a highly profitable business can be overwhelming, particularly with all the barriers and unknowns that new owners are forced to deal with. Entrepreneurs can quickly become stressed and often sadly give up on the mission that they set out for because of burnout.

John is a man on a mission to give entrepreneurs a new workday standard so they avoid burnout and stay in business. He helps them be more productive by actually working less so they can have a happy and fulfilled life both in and out of their business. And he talks the walk by battling against the traditional CPA culture of “overwork, underpaid, pay your dues and suffer while you’re at it” mentality by providing his team a healthy work life balance even during busy tax seasons. (unheard of, we know!)

  • 61. How mastering the art of receivership can transform your leadership and life
    Mar 29 2024

Today we’re talking about the most overlooked, essential quality of extraordinary, holistic success: Receivership. Yes, receivership.

Ah, the societal conditioning that influenced you to believe that the strong, independent, got it all under ‘control’ way of being is the way to success. #LIES

The absolute truth: the more you feel safe asking for help, allowing support, being held, saying yes to help, letting in love IS the leadership strength that takes you and your impact to where you want it to go.

To be an extraordinary leader, you must first become an extraordinary receiver.
