  • 7/24 🐈‍⬛ Black Magic in Relationships ☠️ | RomantiKali Speaking Ep3
    Feb 26 2024
You might want to sprinkle some salt around yourself before you listen to this episode. Hehe. What we are talking about is not a red flag, it's a black flag! In the past episodes we have seen how blind people are to red flags, how much more a black one? Some people choose not to believe in black magic, but for those who know, you know! Kwanza African Black Magic? Weeeh ebu ata ju ya hio story, katika jina la baba... I talk about this being the whole inspiration behind the series; the things people in our age overlook and ignore going into binding relationships. And this one has to be the most serious and wicked of them all. But do samofyu care? You have to put on your big boy pants when listening to this one, but I still manage to lighten things up, so don't be scared 😅 Whether you believe in it or not, point is, don't be naïve!

  • 5/24 Questions to Ask on A Valentine Date | RomantiKali Speaking Ep1
    Feb 9 2024
Valentine's is coming... You know the question that follows. 😅 But to more important things beyond the roses and violets, chocolates and diamonds. More important things like, can she cook? Has he really moved on from his ex? Are you two of the same religion/faith? Among many many other things that are supposed to be deal breakers in relationships, but look at us. A generation that thinks love conquers all. 😅💔 How doomed are we! In this series I dubbed, RomantiKali Speaking, we tell each other the bitter truth about where we are failing on our way to long term relationships; the goal being marriage. In that same spirit, we will then attempt to repair those areas by reminding ourselves of the things that matter in long term relationships. The things that our parents taught us to consider. I'm happy to wear my Dr. Love coat on this one. So, mjango, are you ready for this injection?

    Feb 2 2024
Well well well! What do we have here. A generation of people who do not know how to take a no! Serious situation this one because some of the many squabbles and horrific events we have been witnessing are simply because men (and women) don't know how to handle rejection. Today, in this podcast, I handle you squarely! 😅 Especially for the men, men's conference is coming up and we have to shape up some simp behaviours. In fact, let me get my whip! #StopFemicide

  • Surviving Nairobi | Spirit of a Nairobian 2/24
    Jan 11 2024
Mjango here we go again. Today a certain experience had me diving into the deep end (almost literally) of thoughts and I had a epiphany on what it means to be a Nairobian. Nairobians are not normal people, both in the good and bad sense 😅. In the bad sense, you'll find out through a shocking story that left a girl tied to a chair for 24 hours in an AirBnb and another tied to the heavens. So unfortunate. In the good sense, it's the resilience we have as a result of what we go through as a city and as a country. There's no storm Nairobians (Kenyans) cannot weather. And that's the spirit we are all going with this year. That's the Spirit of a Nairobian! Sema Amen na utoe sadaka 😂

  • Don't Be A Cautionary Tale ⚠️ 1/24
    Jan 4 2024
It's a new year, it's a new season. 🥳Time to get those resolutions rolling again. While you're about to listen to the manifestation of one of my resolutions, which is going back to podcasting,🎙️ I attempt to help all of us set the radar in the right direction before this year grows beards. With a few examples peculiar to both the ladies and gents, I go over what it means to be a cautionary tale and areas we need to look out for so as not to end up being the example people use when talking about how not to live life. But if your life's purpose is to be the monkey that dies to scare the rest, please by all means, take the first leap and we will learn how to to live. 😂 Nuff said, now listen and live 😅 It's going to be an interesting journey now that I'm on a solo run, but si you will kipchoge with me mjango 😊
