À propos de cet audio
This week I close out my "Power of Yes" series and tell you one more thing you should say yes to: meditation! I'm going to share why I think meditation gets a bum wrap, and why you should consider giving it a try.

IN THIS EPISODE:
Unsolicited Advice - Meditation has a LOT of great benefits: it’s been proven to reduce stress and anxiety and improve overall mental health. And despite what you may have heard, it doesn’t take fancy equipment or a brain that’s been scrubbed clean. Unrequired Reading - Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics (A 10% Happier How to Book) by Dan Harris is a great book to start or assist you on a meditation journey, and the Happier app has guided meditations of a lot of the content in the book.
