À propos de cet audio
First some exciting news - Hill Street Group is now: Pamela Lippitt Communications, LLC. You will learn why in our next episode.
In this episode, Pam Lippitt is joined by Lisa Schmidt of Worksphere Consulting. We discuss how where come from has a big impact on how we show up in the world. She views how you communicate is one part of leadership skills and how good communication can build a relationship.
We talk about not only what but how you say something because leaders need many competencies but most important is how you present yourself. Learn why this phase is Lisa’s favorite lesson - what you permit, you promote. As leaders we can be be firm while also being kind. What a great lesson for us all.
Just one of many great take-aways from todays episode:
Under 50% of people say they don’t know what is expected of them at work.
We cover the link between an employee’s contribution and the entire company’s success. And don’t miss the conversation we had about feedback!
