À propos de cet audio

When you're working at the edge of what's possible, of course you won't have all the answers. But that's not a flaw — that's the frontier. In deep tech, it’s easy to feel like you don’t know enough — like everyone else has it figured out. This week, I’m sharing a quick mindset shift that’s helped me personally: reframing imposter syndrome as a cue to drop out of ego and into curiosity. Instead of spinning in “I’m not qualified,” I ask, What’s here to learn? What am I being invited to explore? Curiosity softens the edges. It moves us from needing to prove something to genuinely discovering something — which is exactly what deep tech is about. For anyone building in high-stakes, high-uncertainty spaces — this one’s for you.
