Roy is an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration Graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University. Roy invests in various Real Estate Projects including the Rent-to-Own Program and a 3D-printed house and Multifamily New builds. At present, his real estate holding exceeds 60 units, including 3 in the Orlando area of Florida, USA, 38 in Nova Scotia & the rest in Ontario.

He started one at a time and thought that he would probably be lucky to own 5 at any one time.
