 In this episode of The Cosmic Citizen, we will journey to Uversa, the HQ of the Superuniverse, to explore two sections that cover the legislative and judicial council. These include the Deliberative Assembly and the Supreme Tribunals.

“It is on such worlds as Uversa that the beings representative of the autocracy of perfection and the democracy of evolution meet face to face.”

The Deliberative Assembly on Uversa is comprised of seven houses, each house elects a native representative from among the ascending-pilgrim graduates, who serve a one-hundred-year term and effectively unite evolutionary voices with perfected governance.

This council has never voted down an executive directive; every recommendation has been carried out in perfect harmony, showcasing the union of evolutionary insight and divine leadership.

In the Supreme Tribunals, The Ancients of Days serve as the ultimate spiritual arbiters for the entire superuniverse. Sovereign Sons rule their local universes independently, but they may choose to bring questions before the Ancients.

When a case doesn’t require a full trial or formal evidence, the Ancients of Days (or their appointed associates) simply confer and issue a unanimous decision. These are councils of perfection: no votes are split, and no minority opinions appear in their rulings.

With very few exceptions, the superuniverse authorities have final jurisdiction over everything in their realm. Their decisions cannot be appealed because they reflect the fully united will of both the Ancients of Days and the Paradise Master Spirit who guides the superuniverse’s destiny.
