À propos de cet audio

Unfiltered, curious, and occasionally chaotic—Very Loud Thoughts is where overthinking meets oversharing (with purpose). Hosted by Liza, a London-based Filipina navigating life, identity, and the occasional existential spiral, this podcast unpacks the loud thoughts we all have but don’t always say out loud. Expect personal stories, timely topics, and honest takes—with just enough sass to keep it interesting.Liza Sciences sociales

I think to be grateful is to be awake. To not let your joy get buried under comparison or delay, to be fully here, not waiting for the perfect version of your life to begin. Gratitude sometimes look like cleaning your space, not because you have to, but because you get to. It’s paying your bills and remembering that there was a time you weren’t sure if you could.
It’s laughing over lunch with someone and suddenly realising you feel light again. It’s not always glamorous. You don’t always post about it.
No one claps when you take a moment to thank God for the day even if nothing huge happened, but that’s what makes it sacred and that’s what’s more important…because while the world will keep feeding you more hustle, more pressure, more urgency, gratitude is the one thing that says, you’re already okay here. We can’t say, or we at least we have to stop saying that “I haven’t lived.”
You are living right now. Gratitude doesn’t cancel the ambition. It just makes the journey kinder.

Let not our FYPs define us.

God made us fearfully and wonderfully — so why are we letting recycled quotes and aesthetic affirmations tell us who we are?

In this episode, we're talking about the slow creep of self-centered mantras, how “main character energy” lowkey turned into spiritual amnesia, and what it means to find confidence that’s rooted in the Creator, not curated for the algorithm.

Not everything that sounds empowering is actually freeing. Let’s unpack it.
