    1. What are my personal needs (rights or demands)?

    2. Where have my needs been unmet?

    3. Where have my rights been violated?

    4. What do I think I deserve that I haven't received?

    5. Of whom am I jealous?Remember there are two different kinds of anger - righteous anger (Ephesians 4:26-27) and selfish anger (James 1:19). Don't forget Jesus loves you and so do we!
