À propos de cet audio
In today’s episode, I’m opening my heart and sharing a recent experience that I didn’t expect would affect me so deeply.
As many of you know, I’m someone who protects my energy. I rarely attend social or group events unless it feels truly aligned. I spend most of my time in my Zen healing space, guiding others, especially children with special needs, through mindfulness and energetic healing.
But something about this event — a sound bath and horse healing circle — called to me. I had never met Dana, the sound healer who hosted it, but I’d followed her quietly for some time and deeply respected her authenticity. And horses… have always held a special place in my heart. I’ve long felt a quiet connection to their spirit, strength, and sensitivity.
In this episode, I take you inside that evening:
– How everything from the wind to the birds moved in harmony
– The moment I raised my hands toward a horse’s forehead and felt a warmth that wasn’t just physical — it was soul-deep
– The magic of Dana’s voice during sound healing, and how her singing shifted the whole space
– Meeting Lynn Moseley, the owner of River Haven Farm, and feeling the powerful energy of a space built with intention and respect
I also share how this experience connected with the book I’ve been reading: Talk to the Animals by Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer. As an Access Bars Facilitator, the quote that animals communicate through energy and receive without judgment deeply resonated with what I experienced that night.
This episode is for those of you who feel tired of surface-level “spirituality,” and are craving grounded, respectful, deeply real connection — with yourself, with others, and with nature.
Sometimes, even as healers, we forget how much we need to receive. This night reminded me. And I hope it touches you too.
Let me know what it brings up for you. Have you ever felt healing from an animal — or a place — without needing to explain a word?
