Our main scripture is Proverbs 4:23: “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” This verse reminds us that boundaries are not about legalism or limitation—they are about preservation and direction. They protect our lives from compromise and create space for God’s blessing to flourish.

• -The Filter Protects the Flow – Just as a filter keeps water pure, spiritual boundaries preserve the wellspring of our hearts. With the Holy Spirit and God’s Word as our guide, the flow of our lives can remain clean and life-giving.

• -Every Yes Is Also a No – Every choice carries weight. Saying yes to God often means saying no to distractions, compromises, and influences that would weaken our faith.

• -Boundaries Make Room for Blessing – Boundaries are not only about keeping harmful things out—they also create space for God’s peace, growth, and presence to dwell within us.
