Will Buxton is a highly respected British motorsport journalist, broadcaster, and commentator whose career spans more than two decades across some of the most prestigious series in international racing.
He started his career in motorsport media over two decades ago as a writer for the official F1 magazine. He then further established himself on the Formula 1 circuit by doing the PR and commentary for the series now known as FIA Formula 2.
In the years that followed he would go on to become an F1 pit reporter for Speed Channel and NBC Sports, before joining the Formula 1 media team, and subsequently make a name and a meme of himself as a key contributor to the smash hit Netflix series 'Drive to Survive'.
In 2025, he has become the lead play-by-play commentator for Fox"s coverage of the IndyCar Series, and has been involved in the development of the Hollywood blockbuster film 'F1 The Movie'.
Will Buxton joins us on 'The Podium' to reflect on his career in motorsport media and to give us his thoughts on a number of hot topics from IndyCar and F1.
