À propos de cet audio

Some radiate warmth and joie de vivre. Others, however, seem to be marked by worry, disappointment, or resignation.
But why is that?
Is it just age itself? Or is there something deeper behind it—experiences, ways of thinking, perhaps even unspoken feelings?
How experiences shape our faces
Over the years, everyone accumulates experiences—both good and bad. We lose people we love. We experience disappointments, health limitations, or the painful farewell to dreams that have not come true.
It often happens gradually:
a slight withdrawal here, a decline in courage there. We get used to “less” – fewer encounters, fewer new experiences, less laughter. And at some point, this withdrawal is also reflected in our facial features.
Our eyes appear more tired, our gaze less curious.
Despondency as an invitation to change
Our outward appearance is a mirror of our inner world.
