hey.... long time no speak? no talk? no see?
i have missed you so much <3
welcome to episode 4 of mind medicine.
in todays episode, I dive into my experiences with the change that I went through a few months ago and how difficult it was for me to not only initiate it, but get accustomed to it.
I speak about how nostalgia is a liar and tends to make us reminiscent over things that no longer resonate with us and how the phrase "nothing changes if nothing changes" and "even if I could go back, I wouldn't belong there anymore" helped me feel rooted in my decision to change my environment.
I talk about how the only way to grow as an individual is by experiencing new things, and our comfort zone makes those new things seem scary. But, that scary feeling doesn't mean we're incapable/ that its unattainable, it just means that its unfamiliar and the way to familiarize it is by trying it :)
I said to ask yourself "would you rather live with fact that you tried something, failed at it, but at least know that you tried, or live with the guilt of never taking the risk at all?
so come listen to me just yap yap yap and give you my take on change, comfort zones, and growth :)
