THE SEASON 1 FINALE!! Can I imagine I'm surrounded by 1000 daisies while recording this episode in my closet? 😆 This episode had many unexpected moments, some good and some not as good.... (I'm looking at you Dean and Tristan!) On the bright side, there were so many gorgeous visuals and springtime vibes in this finale, I loved it! We will talk all about Lorelai and Max's do-over proposal, how I feel about Rory finally saying I Love You to Dean, and whether Paris and Rory will ever be friends again!

Hey friends! I am in such a good mood today, maybe because I get to talk about an episode that centers around Emily Gilmore! Stick around until the end because I have some fun facts about Kelly Bishop and what inspired her portrayal of the iconic Emily. I hope you enjoy this unedited/informal chat:) Love!

My delicious oatmeal recipe:

• Boil 1 cup of water in a pot. Add 1/2 cup oats to the pot once it's boiling.
• After 4 minutes on medium heat, continue cooking, but add a little bit of almond milk, a dash of cinnamon, 2 tbsp of chia seeds (this will thicken the oatmeal!), and 1 tbsp of almond butter.
• Keep stirring until the oatmeal is at your desired thickness.
• Pour into a bowl and add a few chocolate chips on top. They will melt into the oatmeal and make it taste extra delicious:)!

• Chai Snickerdoodles! To flavor your snickerdoodles with chai tea, put 1.5 bags of dried chai tea into the cookie dough. The chai flavor goes really well with the cinnamon sugar on the outside of the cookie. These were delicious and very buttery!

Recipe for the Episode:

• ☕Hot Chocolate TEA!☕ Brew 1 cup of Earl Grey tea in a saucepan. On low heat, whisk in 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and as much cinnamon and sugar as you'd like. The measurements are totally up to you in this recipe! You can also melt a few pieces of a dark chocolate bar if you want it to be extra rich and chocolatey. Keep whisking everything on low until the mixture gets heated through. To finish, add some frothy steamed milk on top. Delicious and warm!!
