Aliens visit the Earth and collect small specimens for laboratory study, not realizing they are kidnapping children. In an effort to get them back, King Rex forges an alliance with the aliens who hold the secret to flying without wings. Without their help there is no hope of traveling to their home world and getting the children back. Rex is not the only one who has made an alliance with the aliens.
