Bowser the dog is doing great. He's been adopted by Birdie, the greatest girl in the world, and he gets lots of love, lots of walks, and sometimes even bacon! But why is Birdie looking so worried? This novella is a complete standalone story and is the prequel to The Detective Whiskers Cozy Mystery Series. There are happy endings for all of the characters in this book, humans and animals, with the exception of one bad guy who ends up in jail. When you can’t find your way home, home will find you.
