TV WRITING TOOL KIT 2nd Edition—is an update of my latest story tools, breakdowns, and handouts. The book covers story structure for a TV pilot and spec script, logline formulas for Logline For Your Life and your story, and character. With character, the book goes into the wound and the flaw. I cover everything that I teach in Writers on the Verge at NBC. There are breakdowns for several shows, including—THE GOOD WIFE, MODERN FAMILY, THE NIGHT MANAGER, HOMELAND, FLEABAG, and DEAD TO ME. The book also explores staffing and development.

While many film fans may not be familiar with Bill Duke's name, they most certainly recognize his face.
