​Comment faire de notre passé une force d'avenir ? Enfance, éducation, souvenirs heureux ou traumatiques : notre passé ne passe pas. Il est toujours présent. Il nous appartient alors d'établir une relation apaisée et féconde avec notre mémoire. Celle-ci n'est pas, comme on le pense souvent, un stock de données. Les neurosciences nous apprennent, au contraire, que la mémoire est dynamique, mouvante. Nos souvenirs ne sont pas figés, ils s'apparentent à une partition à interpréter. Notre rapport au passé doit être repensé.
