Meditations is former US President Bill Clinton's favorite book. This audio consists of a series of personal writings by Marcus Aurelius, Roman Emperor AD 161-180, setting forth his ideas on Stoic philosophy.

This is an audiobook full of powerful affirmations for health, wealth, relationships, and self-expression. The idea behind these techniques is pretty simple. Most of us grow up learning to put ourselves down for any real or imagined errors. We grow up believing certain things about ourselves or comparing ourselves negatively to others. The Antichrist is a book by the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, originally published in 1895.
