Would 100% recommend to anyone!

I love this book, I struggle with postpartum anxiety. It's the worst at night, and listening to this for 10 minutes before bed helps me relax! More so then other techniques I have used.

great short meditations

I liked these meditations however it is difficult to fully get into them as they were only 10 minutes and it takes me a while to get into the meditative state. I do feel that I benefited from these and wish they were a bit longer. jess was a great narrator

Lifesaver

As a new discoverer of meditation there couldn't have been a better guided meditation program for me. I loved the variety, the voice, the pace, the sounds, and the down-to-earth approach and rationale behind each technique.
I was at a very chaotic place when I started, where I really needed this time alone and the daily structure of doing it, and I can say it had a very positive effect on me.
I'll be going through these meditations again.

Too much talking

Awesome, except for the parts that aren't

Overall, this is the best guided meditation I've listened to. The music is soothing, and isn't distracting. The narrator is calm, and provides understandable and usable guidance. However, the introduction on the first track should be a separate track. It is extremely distracting, and pulls you away from a meditative state. The outros are even worse. If I've actually achieved a meditative state, the last thing I want is a wake up, slowly raising the volume levels and telling me I've "completed" my session. Just gradually fade out, and let me decide when I'm ready to revisit reality. These are some major flaws, but they should be easy to fix.

Too harsh

This was non relaxing. The voice is too harsh, too fast. There is no feel of synchronicity or connection. Although these were free of charge, they will be dated from my player. It feels like you are in a gym session, getting fired up and ready to go hard. This is not my idea of relaxation.

Great meditation program!

This was probably the best meditation program Ive followed-and Ive listed to lots! The 10 minute increments were perfect and just enough time for me to zone out. I looked forward to the next day's mediation every day

Constant distracting chatter

I can't understand how narrator is expecting us to concentrate on our breath when she is constantly speaking. I decided to try this guided meditation only because it was available with audible subscription and was a little bit interested. Now I will just go back to guided meditation app I used, at least narrators there understand that novices who all ready have problem with concentration shouldn't be bombarded with constant chatter when they trying to concrete. And sorry for my English, it's not my first language

Has its ups and downs

So I’ve meditated plenty before (guides app, guided in person classes and by myself) and I recently moved so I was throw off my regular habits a bit and decided why not give this a try. It works but it is not the best, some bad reviews are right... sometimes it’s too much talking and loud voice. But just turn the volume down... it’s not as invasive that way! It is a very interesting way to learn different styles of meditation and see which one you like the most (maybe multiple for multiple ocasiones) definitely not a hard 21 days of meditation. The different styles means you might not feel as good after a certain day because that one was not the right fit for you! Have to keep that in mind too... Very quick 10 minutes in my opinion. So yes, it works but it does have room for improvement.

wasn't thrilled.

for total beginners, iffy quality. I tried a few of them and got a few minutes into each, before deciding this just wasn't for me. live and learn.

Horrible
