After adventures in 16th-century Scotland and 1980s Hollywood, Jennifer Cloud has become something of a seasoned time traveler. Her family’s amazing abilities have allowed her to take a job with a time-traveling agency, the World Travel Federation, and stop “brigands,” criminals dedicated to destroying history for their own selfish gain.
Jennifer may have adjusted to her job at the World Travel Federation, but she can’t adjust to the unfortunate change of status of her boyfriend and fellow time traveler, Caiyan. He gave up his key, the one thing that allows him to time travel, for her.
Her sympathy for his plight makes it easier for Caiyan to ask her for a big favor. He has an idea about getting his status back, and it involves traveling to Berlin in 1945. Little does Jennifer know that it throws her directly into the brutal end of World War II. The couple soon realize that they aren’t the only ones after the key. To keep it from falling into the wrong hands, the WTF enlists a rival for Jen’s affections, Marco, to help. As the three try to outwit a powerful brigand, Jennifer must once again choose between two men in her life.
