Amazing and talented voice acting
Narrator performs voice acting and storytelling so well that after a while of listening you sometimes forget that it's only 1 guy doing so many different voices. Easily paints a clear image in the readers brain of what is happening and captures Martin's vision perfectly. Hope he reprises his role as narrator in any future books to come

Thoroughly enjoyable.
Nice to hear some stories from the Targaryen days. A more lighthearted glimpse into Martin's world. Harry Lloyd does a great job on this.

A solid listen for fans of A Song Of Ice And Fire.
Great story but the volume of the narrator was too low at times to the point where it was hard to hear.

Such a satisfying book
This book is to ASoIaF as The Hobbit is to LOTR - a colourful and engaging (if naive, in a good sense) personal tale inside a rich and deep universe.

Loved it
I really enjoy reading GRR Martin. My only complaint is the use of the word “niggardly”
I feel like the editor could have replaced that word with something less racist

Masterpiece! A saga of honor and duty!
Harry Lloyd, Viserys Targaryen in the first season of the HBO series Game of Thrones, brings the tale of Duncan the Tall to life. Lloyd's performance is powerful, articulate, and engaging while the writing is some of Martin's finest. The three tales of Dunk and Egg are beautifully written and immerse the listener in the realms of Westeros. Certainly a story that I will revisit one day.

a little bit of GoT to wet your pallet
the wait for the next ASOIAF book has been and will probably still be long. these short stories are just the thing to get the pallet in the dry wait.

Preferred the original readers
I have copies of the original audio versions of these stories and I prefer their readings and voices.
