Absolutely love this book and can't wait to dig into book two! I thought it would be a bit too nerdy for me, but I got sucked right into this world

Well worth the credit. Unlike a number litrpg this is not a op character in comparison to other books that are just the protagonist moving easily from one victory to another. I'm enjoying it you probably will too if you like this genre.

Okay, at first I didn’t like the ten minutes of counting this level up and that level up. However this book just kept getting better. I recant….i was wrong…I’m going to listen to the rest of the series. I’ve been listening to the second book and the series is excellent! I’m definitely going to continue listening and I’m revising my review of the first book to five out of five.

I was hesitant to get this but after listening to the first 10 minutes I couldn’t stop. Every time I had a spare moment I listened to as much as I could. Well performed and the story keeps you enthralled.

Ignore bad reviews they don't know what there talking about. Anybody would be upset if they risked their life multiple times to save someone to be accused of being a rapist. Not even a crazy stalker would go through all the trouble to rescue someone for that when there is easer targets. That being said the women isn't in the wrong either. Its a messed up world and situation with bad shit happing constantly. Also people saying he does stupid shit constantly is wrong. Everyone makes mistakes, especially under pressure. Put yourself in his shoes and you would probably die the first day. Would have been a bit better with a female narrator as well but there isn't a lot of parts for them. Great first book and would recomend.

This is a great book and I am very glad i tried it out for free . I proceeded to buy the next in the series. It can be pretty dark and scary . It’s good.

Fresh exciting with a dash of frustration.

The beginning is slow and there’s a scene or two that feel forced (sword guy), but overall I’m happy I stuck with it.

Killed the dog! (plus monster dogs, not cool) Automatically lose a star every time. I'm really hoping the mom character and kelly get better because, geez. Right now, I just see them as stuck up, pretentious, and a lot like the character you want to die in a horror film. Which sucks cuz I'd like to have some female characters I like.

I enjoyed the story overall. Narrator is my favorite for this genre, love how he brings the story to life. So yes, biased in that regard, and that does play into my enjoyment of this book. I definitely want to continue the series, but I am also hoping it continues to get better with slight adjustments here and there. Like to the character development (or my guess there's gunna be some betrayals happening). I did enjoy the beginning and middle of the book more than the ending. I think that's mostly due to the added characters. They seem to be able to be a**holes and yet he can't get away with anything. Though I do like Mike. Here's to hoping Jack is a constant.
