In a world full of superheroes, be a power gamer. Everyone has a superpower, even Sam. The thing is, Sam has a power unlike anyone else. He can level up. That might not seem like much, but when everything from doing dishes to thwarting robberies gains you experience, Sam has finally found a way to become the most powerful hero the world has ever seen.

Because about four weeks ago, the world simply turned. One day we had iPhones and GoPros, Mickey Mouse and hamburgers. The next day we had magic and monsters. And us humans? We became players with levels, items, and classes. Pretty ironic considering how many times my parents told me to “quit gaming and experience real life” while I was growing up. And then real life grabbed us by the balls, and it was the gamers who were prepared.

Alex's life was fairly simple, work during the day and enjoy some sweet RPG's by night. Out of nowhere, he's whisked away to a fantasy world with game-like stats, monsters that drop loot, gorgeous mages, and a Dungeon to explore. With only the clothes on his back and a single skill bestowed upon him, he has to survive this new world and forge a new life for himself. And perhaps work on getting a harem while he’s at it.
