Publisher's Summary

Corrupt elements of the South African Intelligence Services are stalking Morne Delport, a South African industrialist and his eclectic band of friends. When no one is watching, their phones are tapped, they are followed, and violence is sanctioned against them. They are in a race to save their countrymen, and forever separate themselves from the legacy of Apartheid, but powerful forces have other plans. They are watching and wanting their wealth for their own.

The group enlists the assistance of an American businessman and Ex-US Army Ranger, Sam Harrington. Sam agrees to help, and the venture quickly turns into a global game of cat and mouse against the modern intelligence state. Sam is a survivor and brings with him great hope, but the price may be the complete destruction of his life in America.

Written by Raylan Wayne, a national security and law enforcement consultant who has advised numerous world leaders on nation building and the rule of law, Broken Covenant is a work of phycological political fiction and a can’t look away epic thriller with several shocking twists. Its characters are fictional, but the scenarios are ones experienced personally by Wayne and ripped from world headlines rarely carried by Western media. The book is reality, and the characters, White characters, Black characters, and Latin characters are well developed and authentic. Life moves pretty fast for these individuals, and you will have to decide whether the characters are good or bad, as well as where reality ends and fiction begins.
