The best real estate book I have read so far
David Greene starts hitting you with practical advice and tools to look and manage real estate right away, although this book is for long distance, it also completely applies to local real estate as well. I am just getting into this topic, and out of the 11 books I've read so far, this one was the most useful! Thanks David!
