I highly recommend this book! I've taken CBT therapy twice and this is book has been the most helpful. I was disappointed that the pdf with worksheets and resources that was mentioned several times was not available. Although the narrator's voice is quite flat, I thoroughly found the content and the order of chapters perfect and progressive learning. I liked the this some much that I purchased this book and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in 7 weeks on Amazon. Thank you Dr. Gillihan!

The book is good. Teaches good techniques and good information but the reader's voice, tone, and everything is just bad. He became my sleeping aid for a few days. I wonder why would someone with that voice and narration skills work in that career.

The chapters listed in audible do not line up with the dialogue. Takes 45 minutes to get into the material. I am trying to stick with it to get to the stuff named by the actual title but not sure I can take much more of the narrator.

Narrator sounds so pretentious I cannot stand it.
